"Amazing staff and nurses but when it comes to getting real help and health concerns........., you're better off going to the VET with your animal for your health (unless you'd like to wake up dead). Beautiful facility though."

"The staff has been more than helpful and genuinely understanding. I can't praise this VA location enough. They work with their patients and have followed up even when you're not scheduled for an appointment, just to make sure you're doing alright. DAV is also located inside this VA to assist veterans with claims."

"The fact I cannot simply schedule an appointment for this facility online (the only other current option is call and that is even routed to Indy where is routed to Indy and was on hold over 2 HOURS! before I gave up and hung up because I DO have a life outside making appointments) is ridiculous. Was all that money spent on TV's for the waiting room, because it sure wasn't to care for the local vets"

"Great staff but why can't I call the VA clinic and not get transferred to Indianapolis VA? I spend 30 minutes on hold just for them to hang up on me when they answer. Then, if I'm lucky, they give me wrong information and I end up having to take an hour off of work and go in the clinic so that I don't get transferred to Indianapolis."
