"I’ve been calling since Monday morning to have a refill sent to the pharmacy for my son’s breathing medication. When it wasn’t sent in 48 hours, I called the office again. It’s now Friday and my son has been without an inhaler for 5 days and the prescription still hasn’t been called in. I called the office AGAIN and was told they would send it today. This is not okay! An inhaler is considered a life saving medication and I’ve had to send a minor to school, without he’s medication because the nurses haven’t sent his script to the pharmacy."

"set me up for 2 months doing physical, after i got my appointment scheduled, went back in for the script for an mri, had my appointment set, then found out they scheduled two mris at the same time which i did not ask for, then told me my insurance denied it. why? because the doctor failed to follow steps and provide enough information to find it medically necessary, to get an mri done, so i called the insurance and id the leg work myself. Got it fixed myself, and oh yea, was hung on when i heard, " im gonna get the manager and find out what to do". So I did their job for them. I came from the northside of indianapolis. This place has some great staff, but some horrible doctors and managers"

"My children have been sick for a over 5 days. My son especially, who has had a fluctuating high grade fever. We went to this Convenient Care right close to the time of closing. They were very nice and courteous, giving A+ service. They checked me in and even had a provider I was looking for, and set my children and I up with an appointment on their family care side. My children were seen and given prompt service and given the prescription they needed, which were mostly ready the next morning!!!!! Because they were so great, they are now for sure our family doctor of choice!!!!❤❤❤❤"

"Honestly we usually have a horrible time at places like this. However we got there and even with a few in the waiting room we were quick to go back! They weren’t extremely fast once taken back but that were no different that a regular doctor office visit. All in all was very impressed with how well it went!"
