Reviews
"had a major tooth ache and they gave me an antibiotic shot and prescribed me more antibiotics. they were so so nice and very quick! i will be going back if i need to."
"Best clinic in town when you are sick. Joe and Jill at the front desk are so friendly, Franklin is a compassionate and comforting nurse, and Megan the NP that took care of me was amazing."
"I was in town from out of state to take my daughter to a college tour at rose hulman. 3 other urgent cares would not take my blue cross blue shield ppo insurance bc i was from out of state. I was miserable with ear pain, headache, fever, sore throat, cough and needed antibiotics. It was a long wait 2 plus hours, but they saw me and only charged me 35 dollars (copay). The dr gave me antibiotics and steroid script. I was able to get it filled the next day bc Walgreens was already closed."
"I went in there because I had a pretty bad allergic reaction to some hair dye, half of my face was swollen and my ear and scalp are incredibly damaged. I waited two hours to be seen just for the nurse practitioner to look at me for four seconds and go “oh that’s gross” write me a prescription and told me to leave. Nothing for immediate treatment for my swollen face, (my eye was almost completely shut) and if that’s any indication for how they dealt with their patients, then why did I wait two hours just to speak to someone for 10 seconds total? Terrible experience, I would rather go to the ER and get slapped with an incredibly high bill"
"If i could put 0 i definitely would. They lied to me on the phone about being able to cut out an ingrown toenail, literally putting me on hold and returned saying “yes, we can do that”. I come out here and they wasted my time and told me you can take an antibiotic or get the hell out of here. Very disrespectful and had the nerve to call me a lie when i called out whoever lied to me on the phone. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE."
