"My husband got dental work done here in April 2023(upper extractions) it's July 2023 and his mouth is always getting infections and he's always pulling out pieces of bone. I know with extractions you can have bone spurs but this is different. He's still in pain. We have called and called and all they can do is give ibuprofen and dry socket paste. At this point it should be healed but it's not. YES HE FOLLOWED ALL OF THE POST OP INSTRUCTIONS. He still does salt water rinses. The day he had extractions I was sitting next to him in the room and had to leave because they were rough and I hated seeing my husband in pain. I understand it's for low income people but these people deserve the best care too not just the wealthy. I don't know what to even do at this point. Where can I make a complaint where they are going to take it seriously?"
