"If negative stars was possible we would be leaving some. Worst care I have ever received. I went in to be assessed for a possible corneal abrasion, and my sister is an NP, and said that you had all the things I needed to be fully assessed and treated. The provider didn't even fully assess my cornea, and did not use any dye or numbing drops to assess my eye which is why I was sent there in the first place. I was given a shot of Toradol and sent out the door without fully being treated or assessed. I'm very disappointed in this care and will not be sending any of my family members here in the future. And now I'm going to be stuck with a bill when I could've taken over-the-counter ibuprofen for the exact same treatment. Also had to go to eye Dr for proper treatment. Then get the bill and was on vacation for 2 weeks when bill arrived. My insurance needed a form filled out before they would pay on claim. I called into midwest express billing and they said that they will not wait to bill me until after insurance has paid their portion of the claim. Because midwest express forces you to leave a card on file they charged me for the entire visit. With my insurance in network the amount they pay will be far less than what midwest express charged me. So now I wait for insurance to process the claim and then pay what their agreed upon amount is and I will have to call and get reimbursed from midwest express. Basically it doesn't matter what location you go to they are a terrible company to work with and I will continue to share my horror story to anyone who will listen. So I did fill out a review and received a phone call to where all they said was we will do better."
