Working with Allstate can be challenging, the same as with any insurance company. Their aim is to not pay your claim. But Nick has worked on our behalf many times to ensure that our claims are covered according to our coverage. Very happy with him as my agent."

"Terrible please look this company up they are number one for being scam artists. We have a current claim they have spent 1000s to not cover a claim they could of paid for with the money they spent trying to scam first they sent a guy to dry my house he brought nothing but a camera took 3 pics of the problem area and many other things like my wife’s panties 46 in total within hrs our claim was denied no adjuster it’s 2 months later then they scam again by hiring a forensic engineer who they pay had him drive from Ohio to nw Indiana at a unreal pay rate shows up late and has his family dog with him. The people in this office do NOT look out for you they look out for themselves. I would not recommend this company to insure a bicycle. They have been caught in several lies even after knowing they were being recorded. SHOP AROUND this company only shows it’s true colors when you need them the most. This is homeowners but you do not make number 1 by only scamming one person. Don’t be a victim."
