"This place seems to only care about money. I came here because I didn't have a primary care doctor. We just moved to the area. I was in and out so fast that I don't know how they can even charge me. I went in for a very concerning bump on my neck, which obviously had me worried. I was seen by whomever, who first couldn't find it, until I showed them. Once they found it, I then was told I needed an ultrasound and whisked out of the room, back into the lobby. Not a single word was said other than that. No explanation, no nothing for that matter. I had to basically beg them to explain anything to me, I felt like a huge inconvenience to them. Then, I got the ultrasound, which was an absolute waste of money!! I had to call to get my results. All I got was that it looks like it might be a lymph node, and it'll go away by itself. Thanfully, I got a real doctor who actually cares about their patients, and they are working to resolve my issues. I had to get another ultrasound because the one they did wasn't detailed enough to get any vital information from it. So, I paid hundreds of dollars for an ultrasound and appointment with them for absolutely no reason at all. While still needing treatment for what was really going on. I would strongly recommend NOT visiting their locations. They also make it seem like they want to be your primary care doctor, which is completely ridiculous given that they are an emergency provider, for emergencies, not day to day care. What a waste of time and money. Lastly, they will blast you with reminders to leave, then a 5-star review."
