"This hospital ruined my life. I was pushed into a surgery that I’ve since been told I should never have had. They refused to acknowledge my clotting condition leading me to develop portal mesenteric and hepatic vein thrombosis. Now I’m facing a multivisceral organ transplant to correct the issues they created!!! In constant pain and can no longer function. Prior I had almost no issues and my condition was under control. I came to them for medication not a huge surgery. Double check and don’t trust them."

"Everytime I come here the reception in Infusion center before suite A is extremely slow at the infusion center she is rude and does not have a handle on things It's exhausting to have to come here and deal with people who do not know how to do thier job and purposely wreck people's days it's valentines day amd we dealing with a unprofessional person pleeeeeease replace her. I come back in 3 months please let her be gone."

"Horrible oncology department. I’d give them zero stars if I could. In March of 2023 they told me my cancer was back. They continued to do biopsies. I did a total of 4 3 of them in the same exact spot. They kept coming back benign, in August. Dr Mittal literally told me he didn’t know what to tell me after telling me in March my cancer was back. That’s just one part. The other is the communication. A few months ago when I needed to speak with the nurse or doctor about treatment nobody would call me back. I called 4 times in one week and not a single call back. It makes me have zero faith in anything anyone of you guys say."

"Patient drop off/entrance ridiculous- too tight for the amount traffic. Access to parking block/s away with little to NO signage on how to get back to cancer center. Information station not manned. Why are surgery rechecks for men held in Hemotology Clinic/women’s Center??? Nothing about place makes sense or instills any confidence. What a genuine mess/disgrace for the “best” cancer center in the state. Pack a lunch and take a Valium if you attempt to deal with this place."

"Everyone here has been AMAZING!!!! Every person we have encountered has been so kind!!! It doesnt matter where we are they are WONDERFUL!!!! I do not want to go back to Ohio.... thanks so much for everything!!! I truly appreciate you guys treating us like human beings... please give a pizza party or reward for the unit in charge of 3719- D.... they deserve it and so much more!!!! Keep up the good work!!"
