"Closed the doors 15 minutes early, and lied to my face and said they were closed. Rude, lazy staff."

"Arrived early for our appointment for the vaccine, turns out our appointment was at a closed Walgreens. So they told us to go there, where we then found out the systems were down at the Walgreens we scheduled at. We also learned that the Walgreens we first went to was aware of that. We are then told by the other Walgreens it'll be fine and they'll just transfer it. So.. we had to drive back to this Walgreens where we were told they don't do walk ins past 6 and will not help us, despite how we would've had enough time if they originally told us the other Walgreens was closed. No attempts were made to resolve the issue, both Walgreens on atlanta were dishonest and not accommodating to fixing their mistakes. They admitted they forgot to tell us that the other location was closed, but was unwilling to do anything to resolve the situation. We were told however that we could attempt to go to a THIRD Walgreens. If you're going to get shots here.. Do it in the morning and enjoy the Adventure."

"Worse Walgreens in Montgomery. Cashiers are rude! Can’t ever get anyone to answer phone in the pharmacy. Went to get my grandson some meds and the male manager followed and watched me as if I was going to steal something, and even had the cashier to come from behind the register to watch me and my 3 year old grandson. I have never stolen anything a day in my life. Customer service at this location is AWFUL. The assistant store manager is the only one that I have had contact with that seems to be helpful and professional. Corporate need to send their employees at this location to a training on how to treat and deal with customers. If I could give zero stars I would."

"We occasionally shop here for greeting cards, candy and gifts. I also had passport pictures made here a few years ago and that went well. The staff isn't particularly friendly. There is a good supply of medical items and the store is usually not that busy. Checkout is usually pretty speedy. I don't think there's more than 4 employees in this store at any time, but again, the store is usually empty."
