"Was in desperate need of a prescription for my one year old niece. Drove all the way to this pharmacy that was supposed to be open until 9:00 on 1/14/2023. It’s was 7:45 and closed. Why are business allowed to do this, especially pharmacies - this is peoples medicine!! Refuse to ever step foot on this store again. Livid!"

"Let me tell you something. I went into this location of the big W tonight.. as normal, I'm fighting a can of anxiety and I sound like a freak. But in addition to a nice guy asking if he could help me, a beautiful lady came up also. Tecara (please forgive if that's not right) She walked with me she took me right to the sodas that were on sale. She told me how to maximize my savings on all products. Being that she and I are "sweet teeth kinda folks", we both toured the candy aisle about 4 times. It was such a complete change of pace... I shopped in public without anxiety... At all.. This is the next generation of Walgreens. I like it. Customer service up to and including. Cease fire of anxiety... 100% Repeat visits, she's consistently a gem. *This location is homeless friendly."

"I never post reviews of anything but the customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy location is so horrible that I had to. Drove through the pharmacy drive-thru today to pick up prescriptions with my mom and the pharmacy tech with tons of facial piercings was so shockingly rude and condescending to us that I couldn’t believe it. This girl and most of the employees in this pharmacy have unpleasant attitudes and it’s a terrible experience every time."

"I have visited this Walgreens pharmacy a few times now to refill a prescription (because my primary Walgreens has been out of stock on the medication I need), and I've been so impressed with the customer service I've received at this location--especially compared to other pharmacies in town. I'm not exactly phased at this point when pharmacists are blatantly rude or seem perturbed that you're there... trying to fill a simple prescription. But I've interacted with multiple pharmacy staff during my visits to the Walgreens Vulcan location and have never experienced anything short of absolute friendliness and kindness. The staff seem to actually enjoy their jobs and care about their customers. In fact, when I was there earlier today, I witnessed an example of a customer coming through the drive-through requesting to say "hi" to a specific pharmacist by name, and she was of course delighted to pop over and say hello. The staff smile and make jokes with one another (not in an unprofessional way at all), and they really make your time at the counter feel pleasant. I've come in towards the end of the day before, and I could tell that the pharmacist was whooped, but she was still so pleasant and professional--not showing a trace of "I really wish I could just go home" attitude. I honestly only ever leave reviews when I've had an exceptionally positive, or outstandingly negative, experience with a business, and I absolutely could not neglect to leave one for the pharmacy team here. Oh, and beyond being above and beyond when it comes to personal relations, they're speedy as well! All to say, even though this location is technically a bit further from my home, I'm sold on making it my primary pharmacy."
