"Robbers!!! This law firm didn’t contact me at all, they handled my case like products on an assembly line. In the beginning, a young man was my case manager who was nice and gave me all incorrect info, so we had to do everything over. Then, I said I didn’t want them to rep me anymore. Mr C**** himself then called me and promised me that because I was a mom with four kids and my two kids were in the car with me, and the fact that I was getting lowballed, that he would discount his fees instead he charged me 5,000$ even though I fired them and settled out with the insurance company myself. He also convinced me to “trust him”, he’d make them give me more money because my two young children were really suffering , not bodily injury wise but trauma wise, he said he’d get them to raise the settlement some more. After another month of NO CONTACT and rudeness from attorney W******, I made it clear I didn’t wanna deal with them anymore. So he called me and reminded me that I know nothing about case law and couldn’t do it on my own, and FINALLY released me. After all of that he still said he’d discount his fees and ended up taking his 1/3!!! It’s ok I guess everybody get theirs but I thought your lawyer was supposed to fight for you, they fought for themselves and the dr. They didn’t care if I got pennies after they got paid!! Not to mention everyone who I spoke with was cold, rude, and reminded me of my lack of law knowledge every step of the way. You better know your stuff before you get involved with them, including your rights. Other firms stated I should’ve been given way more for my case but the damage was already complete."
