"I retained Ms. Poston to help us with my late father’s estate, and I had a negative experience with her and her staff for several reasons. First, they kept making mistakes on our documents, such as leaving the name of a previous client on them and listing incorrect dates and addresses. Second, her office staff NEVER ONCE returned any of my calls or emails. Third, despite my repeated requests, her staff failed to make sure I received a copy of the documentation indicating the settlement of the estate. I had to go to the courthouse and get that documentation myself! I don’t believe I received the level of professional services that I paid for. The passing of my father was a difficult time for me and my family, and my experience with Ms. Poston and her staff made this time even more miserable for us.
