"Adam Taylor, landlord as he insists that we call him, consistently throws our mail in puddles, it takes months for things to get fixed. Our rent has been $270/wk. after I called him out about leaving our mail in the puddle he told us we could just move. When he ran our bank for th rent THE NEXT DAY it mysteriously had jumped to $300! There was no communication!!! Thieves!"

"The location is the best thing about this place. At first it was okay until I got a knock at the door just to have the "maintenance man" ridicule you (aka...me) and stomp his foot in a tantrum because my man didn't get every single piece of trash from cleaning his car out. But, I can say they did TRY to do something with the water line, (not sure what besides make a huge concrete mess right in front our front door!!!) They made mountains out of molehills. I would give -5 stars on Everything but location if I could. One more thing, don't be 12 hours late on your rent because the lock will literally be changed on you while you are INSIDE and then threatened by having the law called in you. STEER CLEAR!!!!"

"So I met my parents this morning at this, what I thought was a good place, and they paid 300$ for a dirty room with dirty sheets. Of course we seen all the reviews and thought maybe it was different. No, I would even think about letting my parents stay in such a filthy place. So anyone reading this ALL the reviews about it being disgusting and very bad..... Well please listen to the reviews. I wouldn't stay at this place. I wouldn't have left a bad review if I didn't see a speck of blood on the sheets when I got there and never been cleaned. Bad thing is the manager knew my parents were coming three days ago. Not disappointed but figured they would have taken pride in that place. My parents first time here in Indiana and the deal with this nasty place. So please read reviews and listen to the people."

"The rooms and interior definitely need updated especially for the price that they want. The location is great. The property manager is amazing. There aren't any landline phones, there isn't any internet unless maybe you go up directly next to the office. The TV's are from back in the 90s, the carpet is the worst, but there aren't any bugs and there isn't any drug issues or violence. Plus it's pretty quiet."
