"I got approved for a few different places. I chose this place because not only are they more affordable than most places (downsizing to save for a house) but the staff is beyond amazing. It has been the easiest move in process and every single issue I have had they are right on it. They really made me feel like I was cared about and not just another tenant looking to rent. The property is well kept and everyone keeps to themselves. If you're hesitant about moving here, don't be! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars."

"We’ve had a lot of problems but I don’t like leaving poor reviews for a place you live. However. Today no one has addresses. No warnings. Nadda. Missed 4 deliveries before I realized it. If they’re getting replaced you take one down and replace it, right? No! Take ALL the numbers down and … maybe replace them?? Like when they painted the buildings and I nearly lost my job because they worked a tiny bit on every building like everyday for MONTHS. Then there was the lawn care that broke my taillight and just never responded and complex said it wasn’t their issue even though they paid them. Not to mention the pipes or the half done work in our townhouse. But I was letting it all slide. NO ADDRESSES! No warning!! If I hadn’t realized I’d not received so many things I wouldn’t have figured it out at all bc I rarely look at my address. Will we ever get them back? It’s a surprise!"
