"I loved my little 1 bedroom apartment here. It was a cozy, homey vibe and i loved the storage it offered. Perfect location, you feel like you're not in the middle of town, but still close to everything. Always felt safe walking around the complex walking my dog, even in the dark. Maintenance guy is super freindly and usually quick to address the issues. The rent did increase a bunch recently, but they now have in unit washer and driers!"

"Currently still living here, have been for 3yrs still wondering why I'm not in a newly remodel apartment. Especially how high rent is. Currently without water. Office girl lives out here also didn't even know water was off and don't know why. I understand we only have one maintenance man but when you can't get things fixed for months it's ridiculous. I have no problem with the manager she is very pleasant and professional"

"Office staff never answers phone and is often not in office. Maintenance installed a dishwasher wrong and flooded the kitchen, didn't even bring in fans to dry. I could list at least 10 reasons to STAY AWAY. Apartments themselves are fine, if not overpriced. Maintenance and staff, or the lack thereof, is the reason for the single star"

"I’ve lived here for almost 3 months and I love it here. Apartment is very nice and the grounds are kept very clean. Ms. Alicia has been absolutely wonderful since the day that we moved in. Alicia is very professional as she has been the go to person here for any issues or concerns. No matter what time of day that I’ve messaged her she has ALWAYS quickly responded and taken care of the issue. I would recommend this place to everyone."
