"I was here with a friend for a pulmonary function test. She is very sick, weak and on oxygen. Everyone was nice but this hospital is so impersonal it’s pathetic! You get to speak to person on an iPad! Quit paying your administrators millions of dollars a year and hire some actual people for $15 an hour to greet your sick and fragile patients !! It’s so sad that healthcare has come to this !!!"

"The nurses on night shift are terrible. Not all but most. If your loved one is on floor 4 or 5 you need to stay all night and know what meds they are supossed to take. Its nothing but a paycheck to the women. Nobody around at 3 in the morning. Its like they sedate the patients and take turns sleeping. Unbelievable!!! Close this hospital until the new one is finished because they are running it into the ground while waiting and we're still 2 years away from completion. I would rather die than be treated at this facility. Bugs, spiders, filth. Where is the indianapolis Health Department."
