"I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer at 28. HRH breast center told me I would not need chemo. Only a double mastectomy. Scheduled surgery within a month. & told me I did not need to meet with an oncologist. I went on my own to seek a second opinion with radiation oncologist at a different hospital organization. He told me I need to meet with an oncologist before I make any surgery decisions. I went to oncology within a week. Was told I would need 6 months of strong chemo due to my age. Very thankful I listened to my gut and got a second opinion. I am not sure why HRH doesn’t work as a team with a radiation oncologist, oncologist, and a breast surgeron oncologist."

"Urology of Indiana needs to improve it's customer service phone system. To reach my doctor I had to listen to 4 automated messages and transfer 4 times then was put on hold for 10 minutes never speaking to a live per DURING business hours. I gave up twice after waiting on hold. I left a message through another automated message and did not get a returned call for 2 days. Have experienced this over the past 2 years. My primary care doctor shared a similar concern from a patient perspective. Terrible"
