"I was in over Christmas in 2023. No clean gowns or bed sheets. Administrative personnel called me and asked questions and asked for feedback for future experiences..not one person ever called me . No one called for a patient feedback.. I know of one emergency nurse whose names need to be mentioned blaze ( not sure of her spelling) and matt on the second floor."

"Hendrix county hospital horrible staff. I’m on the floor 2 surgical floor and tonight has been absolutely horrible. The nurses that are working tonight have no business being here. They simply don’t care about you or your health. I’ve been waiting for 3.5 hours for my medication that I have asked for over 5 different times. Totally ridiculous I’ll never come back here again."

"Was a bad experience that brought me there, however the staff all the from housekeeping to specialist Dr's were attentive and thorough, and for hospital food the services were outstanding and efficient as well as really good options, depending on your specified dietary orders, the food was above average, and all in all, I had an amazing experience especially for being there twice in two weeks."

"Monday 11/20/2023 I arrive at 10:01 am. Quickly triage runs me through,then back to the waiting area. 2 hours pass, I walk out and drive my 16 minutes back home. This is a business, a business that desperately needs managing.You can post little wall posters stating OUR PATIENTS ARE IMPORTANT , but if you fail miserably by leaving them unattended then you demonstrate exactly what you truly don't value."

"I had a nurse taking care of me this morning in the ER who’s name was Jamie and a very unusual last name. She was so nice. She answered all of my questions and took her time with me.
