"WARNING:::: ⛔️ Where’s the 0 start button????!!!!!! I went the day of the superbowl because I’m 7 weeks pregnant and I was bleeding. They told me I had a miscarriage and that there was no fetal heart rate. Little did they know I’m a nurse. When I went over the ultrasound there was a fetal heart rate and the next day I went to see my OB GYN and I’m still pregnant. Do not go to the hospital if you’re pregnant!!! Avoid it at all costssss!! I mean how are you gonna give me a diagnosis of miscarriage when I didn’t even had one!"

"Community First Hospital need's to be shut down asap. About a month ago I was kept in an ER bed 4 days before I was taken to a room upstairs, and they lost my ID & Insurance card, and claims that maybe the EMT drivers that brought me to the hospital must have taken my ID with them after I was registered, which is not true, because when EMT bring someone into the Emergency room they give your Identification cards to the person that registers patient's. When I spoke to a social worker about my ID being lost/stolen, she acted like it was no big deal and did not offer to help me get any answers as to what happened to my ID, or what I should do about it. Many of the Nurses here are so rude too, uncaring and not well trained in their profession. This Hospital is awful."

"They fell to a D rating on the biannual safety ratings. This is a for profit hospital and it is very apparent they are putting profit ahead of patients. I was brought in by city ambulance so I didn’t have an option to go to a better hospital. Attached is a picture of the extremely uncomfortable bed and the safety grades."

"My mom arrived to the emergency room at 11am. At 10pm she was still sitting in the waiting area. We decided to leave after 10. When she asked if they had water, they directed her to the faucet water in the restroom. The vending machine was not operable. There was another older gentlemen waiting as well, who also arrived shortly after my mom. They drew her blood and had her sitting there while other patients arrived and left. This is not the first time this has happened. It will be the last. The emergency room staff has no compassion and are rude. It is sad that such a wonderful profession has hardened the hearts of staff. I am sure if it were a relative of an employee they would of received the best service. It is sad that this is the nearest hospital to her home."

"Do not go to this hospital if at all possible. There is not enough room here to list all the problems. I believe my mom would have died if we had not taken her out of this place and to another hospital for care. They took her off her heart meds and never (forgot?) to put her back on them. Her blood pressure went to 225/115 before any thing was done. Rapid response team was called but there were NO physicians available to respond. No heat in the rooms (seriously) with overnight temps down in the 40's. Understaffed...my moms nurse had 13 rooms to cover. Nurse call buttons inoperative and when it did work nurses never responded. This facility should be shut down immediately. It is a dangerous place."
