"Absolutely useless! The website is constantly not working or extremely slow. Overpriced and when you ask for a discount due their service not being available (but paid for) their customer support is completely ignoring your messages. Put your money somewhere else, to a company that is more reliable and values their client."
"I have been trying to resolve issues for months with therapy brand’s RCM service and have been stonewalled and delayed at every turn. An unidentified therapy brands rep removed 26 claims from submission between 11/29/23 and 1/15/24 without my permission and for no reason that has been identified to me. I alerted therapy brands repeatedly that there was an issue. Not only did my rep not look into it but attempted to shift blame to me. I am a solo practitioner and did not receive payment for my work for over a month due to therapy brand’s actions and their lack of response to my attempts to sound an alarm. To date, they have provided no explanation for why this happened. They are refusing to let me out of my contract. They have delayed me at every turn since this problem began and now are telling me I am bound to them through 4/1/25. Additionally a rep, again without my permission, wrote off the entire amount of a claim that was eligible for resubmission to a secondary payer- I only found it because I was searching through files to try to figure out the previously mentioned issues. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They did not appear to value me as a provider; they did not adequately respond to requests for assistance; they did not appear to care about my business; they have wasted my time and cost me money for services I have had to repeatedly fight to have them render."
"My practice has worked with TN for several years and let me just say we stayed way too long. I kept hoping in time things would get better but we got nothing but empty promises to update their system. The customer service is horrible, the tech is sub par, constant issues with down service and the pricing is too much. I can not say enough if you are thinking of using this company run and run fast. We are now moving on to a new company. Give I could give less than a 1 I would have."
"Looks really good on the surface, but onboarding support has been challenging. Basic problem is TheraNest's structure, in which the salesperson then becomes the onboarding person. The program has limitations that weren't immediately apparent. Because I expressed surprise and disappointment when I encountered the limitations, and also because in general, I needed more help than my sales/onboarding person - who very obviously makes her income by selling the product, thought a client should need, she became hostile toward me. The set up is poor - to have sales staff also become the onboarding staff. These functions should be separated so the onboarding client isn't left hanging, as I have been."
"The only good reviews come from Therapy Brands staff themselves. Our agency is an actual user of this product with over 20 provides and we just have nothing but issues with support staff who don't really know how to resolve their internal platform issues. Since this company was bought out, it’s gone downhill. We are in the process of switching EHR programs."
