"New patient appointments are two months out and only on certain days, which is understandable except for when they schedule it right after a holiday and cancel it two weeks prior just to schedule it out two more months in advance. I told them when scheduling the first appointment that I was running out of medicine at this time and when they called to cancel I reminded them that I’m out of medicine now and REALLY need that appointment. They pretty much told me to go find a new doctor. I never leave bad reviews but the lack of compassion in a mental health clinic is all I need to know. Because of their time negligence, I’ll be out of meds for weeks between appointments. Ridiculous."
