"So this would be a five without doubt because Dr Bryant is so good and we absolutely love her! It’s a four because one girl at the front is always so rude when she answers the phone or in person. It’s not Ginger she’s also amazing! But the little black lady at the front needs to get out of site of their customer. Update changed to a 5 because they have made it that I never see that worker interacting with anyone so love the office!"

"I am a former patient. Dr. Meadows was my doctor from four years old until my adulthood. I go out of the country a lot, and Nurse Nikki still works me into the schedule to give me my vaccinations. Nikki truly is the best to give shots. You can’t hardly feel them."

"The front desk receptionist is VERY rude and unfriendly. They make you submit new patient paperwork first as if they are screening you first to see if they want to accept you as a patient or not. I see why their ratings are so low. Called to see if they were accepting new patients because I’m new to the area. The receptionist was unfriendly then. Called her because no one followed up with me nor returned my calls and she was rude then."

"Absolutely do NOT recommend. The MOST unprofessional and unpleasant experience I’ve ever had. I’m a first time mom and the first appointments I brought my daughter to were decent Dr. Bryant was great and Dr. Read seemed to be pleasant as well. I expressed concern that my daughter might have acid reflux because of the amount of spit up and she brushed me off as if it was no big deal. I brought her in today, a couple days before her two month appointment, I saw Dr. Dill and she was far from helpful or compassionate. I brought her in early because my family had a stomach bug and I was concerned with the amount of bowel movements she might end up dehydrated. Dr.Dill ignored my concerns, and expressed a concern about her weight. She held me in the doctor’s office for nearly two hours scheduling a follow up appointment for an ultrasound. I showed up to the ultrasound and she had called to confirm that I showed up. I expressed to her in the doctors office that we would be at the appointment and we would see our regular doctor but that I would be switching pediatricians as she was so busy treating me as if I was an unfit mother rather than addressing my concerns and treating my daughter."

"We've been with Pediatric Associates of Madison since 2019 and our kids have seen almost all of the doctors there. They are all great: They take time to answer questions, we never feel rushed out of the door, and they talk to us as fellow parents. They are also very good about finding appointments for sick kids the same day. Overall, we've had a good experience with the front desk staff. I've always had positive interactions with Ginger — she frequently answers the phone when I call. I find her to be very competent, organized, and helpful. I'd have no hesitation recommending these folks to friends."
