Walmart Pharmacy 3430 Taylor Avenue, Evansville, IN 47714

"I go to this pharmacy all the time and pick my families prescriptions and never had a bad experience until Friday August 25 at 630 pm I went in a Uber to pick up a prescription for my daughter and my Uber had parked backwards which was not my idea but he did it so that I would be the one at the window because we do have to give personal information to get our prescription not really thinking anything of it the pharmacy technician gave a mean look she then turned around to the guest in front of her and was shaking her head and using hand gestures which made me think she was talking about me to the guest I guess because of how my Uber parked which again not my idea also not my vehicle when she opened the window she had a bad attitude because of how I was parked and she was very rude to me when all I was trying to do was pick up my child’s prescription I left a review about my experience and a manager named Christie gave me a call about the review I had left first off she didn’t investigate the situation before she called me and she told me that I assumed that the technician was talking about me then told me “well she normally has great customer service so I’m not sure what happened “ I have no reason to lie about my experience but the manager made me feel like I was wrong in the situation when regardless of how I was parked she didn’t have to be so rude to me the experience that guest have is what makes them come back like I said I’ve picked up prescriptions from this pharmacy numerous times but I can tell you that now I’ll never go there again based off of now two experiences one with a technician and the other with the manager!"

"This site has improved tremendously! They are always accommodating and helpful, knowledgeable, and answer questions about medications, as well as answer the phone everytime I call with a question. In my opinion, they are by far better than the Burkhardt pharmacy location and CVS hands down!"

"This is the worst pharmacy in Evansville. Almost every time me or my mother come here, they don't have the medication ready, even if we show up hours later than when they said it would be. Shout-out to Taylor at the Taylor avenue pharmacy for being their most rude employee. All around unprofessional, there are some workers that are compassionate and speak to you like you are a human being but other than that maybe think of hiring better people? Or people that are actually qualified to be a pharmacist and not someone just looking for the next paycheck? Just a thought."

"Every single month for the last 8 months I have been coming to this pharmacy because it is close....every single month I have issue after issue with them not filling my daughters prescription or they didn't order it so it will be another week before she can have her medication that she has to have to function daily. It is outrageous that it has been 8 months of problems and probably 6 out of the 8 times I've had to take her prescription somewhere else to even get her medications filled. We will not be back to this place. The people who work here are rude and don't even try to be nice to customers....customers pay your bills, no customers no income idiots!!! Will be switching to a pharmacy that care about their customers immediately."
