I'm thankful for the team of Navigator Credit Union Cottage Hill office manager Ms Janeen Austin and Moss Point 's very own Ms Shawna Smith, for making it happen in record time! They let me know that when I do my part, (meet requirements), Navigator Credit Union will ' MAKE IT HAPPEN "! So I will say that if you are not a member of one of the best Credit unions, you would be wise to consider Navigator Credit Union aka "THE GATOR". Ms Janeen Austin and Ms Shawna Smith, I thank you for a wonderful experience, and a joy well done. I salute you both."

Navigator always has my back they won’t let me purchase something above what it’s worth and they won’t give you the runaround when you need money. ""Banking made difficult" should be their slogan. If it wasn't for the amazing staff ALL OVER, EVERY LOCATION; I swear I wouldn't bank with this organization. The grandfather method They use to hold your money hostage is unbearable. They won't even allow a minimum amount. Navigator just holds your whole check for 3 to 5 days with no regard to individuals needs. I wanted to give 4 stars for the staff.. I just can't do it."
