"Worst bank ever! Been trying to activate my debit card for months! First they had my SSN incorrect and took a day to fix it! Now I call the line to activate the card as I’ve been trying to do since November and the system won’t allow you to do so! You can only speak with “customer service” during normal business hours so God forbid you need assistance at any other time! I will be closing this account ASAP! *Response* I did reach out to you all that’s how they knew to fix the SSN! They told me it was *fixed* and I NEEDED TO CALL MYSELF to activate the card! They never offered to call MasterCard or provide any additional assistance! I’m sure I can’t activate the card because the social is STILL not correct! The ladies at the branch aren’t very helpful and neither is the website. Again, based on my experience I will be closing this account and using Wells Fargo. Thank you."
