"I went to Mr. Hankins to have my personal taxes done. That was fine. While I was there, however, I mentioned that I was starting a new business and that I needed help with the taxes for it. I was told to set up an appointment for a consultation, which I did. I was told by Mr. Hankins that he would give me some tools to help me get started and to help me organize my business, along with helping me to take care of the tax forms. I came back in. He appeared confused about why I was there, and, when I told him what he had told me, said that he would file my business privilege tax form if I would email my paperwork indicating that I filed for an LLC, which I did the next day. Then... nothing. I waited a week and called and was told he would call me back. No return call. I waited a couple of more days and called, and he answered then and told me that he would look at my email and call me back. Nothing... It has now been about five weeks, and I have called numerous times and left numerous messages but have heard nothing from him. In the meantime, I am trying to learn how to file the business privilege tax form myself and just realized, that, due to the form being about three weeks late, I have a $50 fine. I would not use his services."
