I am not writing this to speak poorly of the first appointment. I merely want to praise Rachelle for being the competent and informative Tax Pro that she is. She is an excellent example of what people hope to get when they come to an office to have someone help them with their overwhelming taxes."

"I went to H and R block for the refund advance and was denied for no reason. I am getting 6,000 back and they can’t advance 500 for that? I can do my own taxes and not pay 300.00 for it. I don’t have great credit but they take that right out of your refund. They don’t tell anyone what the criteria is for being approved and get your hopes up that you might be able to put a little cash in your pocket early just to deny you. I will NEVER use H and R block again."
