"To be honest I’m pretty upset. I have been going over here a little over a year and they are a bit expensive compared to some groom shops, but it’s conveniently located. Today I brought in two standard poodles for a bath and a face feet and sani trim. I was returned with my male poodle, given he’s younger, his entire backside covered in dog poop. So gross and meaning he sat in his own poop for a while. I dropped off at 8, picked up around 1030-1100. I paid 200 with tip, and they even asked me if he did it when he went outside… like they there was no poop in the kennel…. Yeah right. So upsetting although they did wash him off so I guess that’s nice but not comforting to know he was sitting in dog poop. I don’t know, other than that they haven’t shaved my poodles armpit area a couple of times but that’s fine considering the location. I’m so upset at this experience I do not think I can go back. I did not just pay 200 for my dog to be treated that way."
"I take my 14 year old dog her for a full doggy spa day and she is always very well cared for and loves the staff! Always friendly and helpful, they have a variety if healthy foods and natural treats my dog loves!"

"They helped me out big time when I was traveling into the area a couple of weeks ago. They boarded her for the night on short notice. You Can really tell they love dogs. There are still lots of good people in this world, and i put them right at the top."
