"Nice hotel everything works my room came with a new TV the water was extremely hot and thank you maintenance for fixing my door as soon as I called they where there the rooms are much larger then other hotels"
"Good low cost place to stay. Will stay again sometime."
"I came to this hotel directly out of the hospital. They told me that the room is $640 a month with a $50 deposit. I paid it. I was only there for one month. I had a hard time opening the door to my room. I called and Tim came and opened the door with no problem but I never could open it by myself. There are little red bugs crawling around the bed flies and knats constantly flying around but I didn't want any problems so when my month was up I decided not to stay another month. When leaving I asked for my deposit back and could not get it. They said I needed to have my receipt when I asked them don't they keep a copy of it I was told that the owner have them and I could come back Friday when the owner gets back to town. Now all day Friday I called and didn't get an answer now what does it look like to you. They are trying to keep my deposit which was the plan anyway. They had NO intention of returning it from day one. So how many others they done like this and kept the money. They are getting over big time from the deposits alone. Ask to speak to the owner and to no avail have not as of yet. still have not gotten my deposit back nor have I spoken with the owner. It's going on two month since I have been there and one month since leaving Hoosier Inn."
"Well my review from yesterday about calling the health department was deleted by them. All because I stated the truth. Also I was told by my mother that she is getting kicked out because Sarah said "I can't have you and your daughter just calling the health department every time someone gets bit without giving me a chance to handle it" first off the first time of me reporting should've shown you as a "chance" to make the place cleaner and safer. If a bug crawls into a child's ear it could damage the child's hearing. Now if it was her or her kids in my position would she just sit back after being told the rooms get sprayed twice a week or the situation was handled. Yeah no I don't think so. After my first report which was 3 months ago they still have bed bugs. This place will be shut down eventually. Again if you don't want to get bit do not sleep here, do not spend your money where people disrespect you as well."
"So just reading through the BS and saw the owner say that he has Arrow pest control spray the rooms once a week. I stayed for two months despite the cockroaches that I found in my refrigerator on day one. I complained to Sarah(the so called manager) filled out a maintenance request and I can say in two months never once did anyone at anytime come spray my room. Luckily I keep a can of bug spray so I was able to get rid of some."
