"Found stink bugs in room, toilet paper was not changed out, toilet was clogged. Upon check-in was charged 2 times, was not compensated for horrible stay and had to call corporate to get 2nd charge removed. Worst part is, it was supposed to be the best room and the only room with a pool balcony. This is my first review as I am still upset with no compensation from choice hotels especially being a valued member."
"I arrived shortly after midnight 10/15/23. Front desk clerk who I am told is the manager was extremely rude. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional hotel clerk. I paid with a prepaid debit card and although it ran through, I signed, and showed her the deduction from my card via statement she argued and told me she didn't change me which she obviously did. When I tried showing her the statement she started yelling over me that "you are not helping". Unbelievably rude, won't be coming back"
"Our room was clean, and the decor was very modern. The mattress and pillows were newer and comfortable. The only complaint we would have is the side door that was supposed to be secure and a room key needed to enter actually had tape over the lock and were not securely shut."
"This is a fine budget hotel. Low ratings you see appear to have inflated expectations. Bathroom (tub) wasn’t completely clean but that was the only issue with our room, bed was comfy everything else felt clean. Efficient smart young man working the desk late at night upon check-in and still in the morning when we checked out. Nice little breakfast in the morning."
