"Two night stay. There was pink and black mold in the tub/shower area. There were pretzel pieces on the carpet. Unsightly stain on the desk chair. Coffee maker wasn't clean. The flooring in the room entry is uneven. The carpet is lower than the hard floor. Trip hazard. I won't be returning."
"We stayed at the property for a week. Breakfast was good. The room we had was next to the stairs which meant we listen to the door slam all threw the night. The front desk staff was friendly & helpful. We got our room cleaned twice in a week. The first time was perfect. The second time I don’t even know why they bothered. They only took the towels on the floor. They left all other dirty towels and didn’t replace them. They didn’t even make the bed. Hotel in a good location. A lot of food chooses near by."
"I was having panic attacks on my trip back home and was unable to drive. I called the hotel and they were more than happy to get me a room earlier than check in to keep me comfortable. The hotel is clean and the hospitality is amazing. Would definitely stay here again."
"One night stay, would stay again. Room was clean, beds comfy. Breakfast is standard fare. Quiet place just outside of Indianapolis. Front desk cheerful and helpful when it came to finding dinner at the end of a high mile driving day. When leaving the coffee had been emptied during the breakfast hour, Emily (I think) overheard us say they were out, and hustled to make fresh coffee for us so we could have a to go cup. Like having coffee available 24 x 7."
"Pros: Nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Cons: Wifi was spotty that evening. Breakfast was a big let down, with 2 choices of waffle flavors, but neither one was plain. Eggs, turkey sausage, and red potatoes were almost cold. The pool was nice, but very cold. For the highest price hotel in that area I expected better."
