"The CVS on 5510 East 38th Street drive through was chaotic!!! The address is posted wrong on the confirmation for testing; the grounds of the CVS is nasty !! Trash all over the place. While sitting in the drive for my COVID-19 test there were homeless people walking up to the vehicle asking for change and cigarettes."
"I have been calling since yesterday to talk to someone in the pharmacy and still have not been able to get a person on the phone. I understand it can get quite busy but remember that you have a person on hold. Check back once in a while. Also don't hang up on the person especially when they have been on hold for over 20 minutes because that causes more problems for whoever actually answers the phone."
