"Probably the worst place to order groceries or anything for pick up. The wait time is ridiculously long. And it seems like they don't go in order of who was here first. The workers never answer the phone and when they do they are rude as can be. This is the last time I will ever renew my membership with this awful place."

"First time in Sam's. The staff is a little disorganized. No sense of urgency. Descent selection. Good prices. Pro is: is closer than Costco. Costco has better customer service."

"Delivering pallets of water. 5 am appointment. Arrived at 1:00am. Rang doorbell at 4:18am. Girl karate kicks the door open and runs back inside (Real professional) not saying anything to me. Everyone of the dock doors had a drop trailer in it. I waited for her to come back to the office. She tells me I have to move a trailer if I want to be unloaded. I informed her I’m not a company driver. I’m an owner operator, and none of that equipment out there is mine, except what I own, and that I’m not authorized or insured to move any of their equipment. I mean they won’t let me drive their forklift to unload my own trailer. How do they think I’m authorized to move their trailers. Anyway, another lady comes in and says here’s what’s gonna happen either. You’ll move a trailer or you’re gonna have to sit here till later in the day if you wanna make a delivery. I mean the sitting part is fine by me at $50 an hour up to four hours and then I leave. They’re refusing now to unload me until they unload all of their other trucks with later appointments. I guess it’s a punishment, but it’s costing them doesn’t change the fact that I’m not authorized to move someone else’s equipment. It’s that simple. I bet they wouldn’t give me the keys to their car to go move their car. It’s amazing how professional the Kokomo and Fishers stores are thanking the drivers for delivering supplies and being early then you get to this store and they act like this. Forgot to mention not one trailer in the dock was Walmart or Sam’s. They were Pepsi, fedex and a rental trailer. Sam’s can’t authorize you to hook to another companies trailer. I don’t see Walmart pulling fedex or Pepsi trailers. It’s all about insurance. Don’t find yourself in a situation drivers. If it’s not yours don’t touch. Walmarts not gonna back you up. Just collect detention and smile. Mt by 1000am Called a spoke to a guy that said he is the manager (bakery department for all I know) Told him about the issue he said coke and Pepsi don’t have a problem moving each others. Told him I’m an owner op and won’t move someone else’s trailer. So if you want some extra pay drivers sleep and collect detention until they call. My broker knows I give the full 4 hours then I reject the delivery and return it back to Plainfield for the same rate."

"Came in to make an appointment for tires. It's much easier and more accurate than using the 800# call center. I was able to get the tires I wanted. They were in stock and an appointment to get them installed this weekend. I waited at the counter for about 12 minutes before I was helped, but I think they were on break. Easy, great customer service, friendly staff. The discount and the warranty can't be beat for tires. 9/10 recommend"
