Kroger Pharmacy

"Not very friendly and if you wait in line an the closing time approaching they shut it down 5 minutes early an don’t bother to help you I miss the previous staff They act like we are inconveniencing them Maybe the pharmacist should be left alone to fill an everyone else do all the other things"

"Honestly, I have never given a review. There hav been times when I probably should have but I am an understanding person. We have all had a bad day. However, my experiences with this pharmacy have been terrible 99% of the time. The employee's are untrained and rude. I have been talked down to and I literally left in tears. Chances are There will never be another Matt/Brandon team...but these employees are horrible. They don't smile....and I am thinking that they truly hate their job. I had 3 different technicians tell me 3 different things about my pick up time. The pharmacist literally made his own rules. He went against Kroger policy! It's so frustrating. I am sadly seeking a new pharmacy."

"A few staff are very needlessly rude and short. However the majority of the staff are kind and helpful. My medication is usually ready when they say it will be. Usually staffed well but the drive thru isn’t always open. I’m disabled so getting into the store can be a challenge. Overall pleased compared to a lot of pharmacy’s out there."

"Since CVS is no longer in our network, I started using Kroger as it is closest and makes the most sense. I've had nothing but bad experiences with this Kroger pharmacy. I went in on a Sunday and they were closed with a sign that read "we are out to lunch and will return at 1:30". So I decided to kill some time since that was only 20 minutes away. I came back at 1:30 and the lights were on but the gate was still closed. So I sat around until 2pm and they never opened. It wasn't until later that I found out they were closed for Easter. Which is fine, except nobody removed the sign that said they would be returning at 1:30 so I wasted an hour of my time. I went back the following day (Monday) and the line was ridiculously long. I understand that they are probably short staff so I had no problem waiting in line. I got an important phone call so I stepped out of line. When I returned, they wouldn't let me get back at the end of the line. They said that the person in front of me was the last customer that they would be serving. This was at 6:10 and the pharmacy didn't close until 7pm. I explained that I was already in line but they refused to serve me. You should probably say you close at 6pm since that's when you stop serving customers. What i terrible experience. I wasted a lot of time using this pharmacy and will be having my prescriptions filled somewhere else from now on."

"I transferred all of mine and my husband's prescriptions to this location, because it was closer and convenient. I truly loved the pharmacists Matt and Brandon. They both went above and beyond to help you and explain any new medicines. But they both left because of being overworked because of COVID-19. This has been over 6 months or so and no new pharmacists. Many of the Techs have left as well. And top of that their drive thru hasn't been opened in weeks. I realize that things are a bit tough right now. But I sure hope they get the pharmacy staffed soon. I miss the friendliness."
