"Was very surprised by how much room there was. Has everything you could possibly need ! Plenty of space inside and out! The hot tub was heavily and no worries about privacy. I give this place uncountable stars. The owners are great, treated us like family not guests. Thank you!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the DAYBREAK in Derby. I loved we never had to see one person in order to check in. I loved we had our own private hot tub. BRING SNACKS as there was only convenience store type grocery stores nearby. Verizon had service while we were there, Google Fi service was spotty. The location was peaceful. It was affordable and we would go again. Not luxurious. Quiet and relaxed."

"We stayed here at the on the rocks cabin in September of 2018. And it was absolutely amazing. We loved the home for the weekend and was able to get away from the big city to relax. The home was beautiful and the view was even better! I am very happy to be returning for our honeymoon in a couple weeks (will update with a review after this stay). I definitely recommend Ohio river cabins to anyone needing to get away and relax. The owners are very nice, and very professional. And all the cabins are amazing with beautiful views of the Ohio river!!!"
