"I stayed in a non-smoking, King room. Check in was a breeze. The motel was dated, but very clean. You can tell the owner takes pride in his work. Those other reviews weren't wrong. The bed was comfortable, the proximity to town was great, and the best part was the price. I am very happy with my stay here and will stay again when I visit Boonville in the future."

"The room was meticulously clean, freshly painted and well supplied. The refrigerator had a separate freezer that kept ice and frozens, frozen. The motel is quiet? No loud TVs, or next door shouted discussions. But, it is a 50s small mom and pop motel and it doesn't have the fanciness of a major chain. No breakfast, but in-room coffee brewers and coffee. The price was certainly right."

"Motel Manor is a gem of a motel! I stayed 4 nights visiting friends in the area. I would much rather support these small family establishments than the large corporate chains. I was not disappointed! My room was clean and well maintained. The king size bed was comfortable. The sheets crisp and clean. Washroom was well kept with a great shower that drained well and delivered a strong, substantial spray of water. The whole property is clean and well maintained with a paved parking lot and well lit driveway leading from State Rd. 61 right to your door. I was travelling on my motorcycle and returned most nights after dark so it was great to be able to locate the motel entrance by the well lit motel sign out on the main road and then ride up the bright driveway. Can't say enough about the owner of the motel! He was very friendly and polite and it looked to me like he takes great pride in ownership! Each day when I returned, the bed was made, room tidied up with fresh towels and coffee packets. I loved the value pricing! You can't beat it for what you get! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will make it my home base whenever I am again in the area!"
