"It was 15 minutes till closing time when I called the store and I was 5 minutes away. I asked them to verify that they had an item in stock. They were VERY courteous on the phone and when i arrived, they had the item that I called about waiting at the front register for me. And it was the nicest experience that I had at a retail store in months!!"
