"As a medical professional and fitness addict, I guarantee you can get a much more affordable and effective workout somewhere else. Watch your wallet. Read your contract very carefully. The "free Challenge" on Facebook requires a $499 deposit that they keep if you do not meet their stated goals (6% body fat loss or something else in 6 weeks). Not exactly free but they don't mention that in their misleading advertising. I signed up for what I thought was 3 months of classes as that was insinuated by the owner. The coaches were encouraging and friendly. I have nothing against the staff. The owners were misleading. The workout was good. I always wanted to try kickboxing and now I have. I actually found a bag I can hit for truly free now. The cheerleading and picture taking in class is fake AF. They try to sell you something at every class. Beware there is a $197 sign up fee and $195 "early" cancellation fee. All of my communications state 3 months with 8 classes per month. They are saying I had a 6 month contract. They say they provided a copy of your agreement but the email I received did not actually contain a copy. It only had links to various websites and the app. I don't honestly know what my contract said. In my head I remember the 3 month guarantee and that is what my emails state as well. In my experience, these reviews are encouraged by staff... If you want to try kickboxing, by all means do. I just do not recommend this facility."

"If you want to have a blast while working out this is the place for you!! It’s so inclusive to every level a person could be at of physical activity!! Amazing instructors and amazing people! Will you feel like you are dying during the workout? Possibly. But will you feel like the strongest person ever after? Absolutely!"

"I absolutely loved the classes and the instructors.....However, I signed up for the 6 week challenge and the scale you use to do a weekly weigh in is not calibrated correctly. You cannot physically lose 6% body fat one week, then gain it back the next. I wrote an email to the manager, Misty, about my concerns. My email was not addressed at all. I even mentioned it to another instructor who was going to remind Misty to respond to me. Here is a response she gave someone else in the google reviews.... "Response from the owner 9 months ago Hi Kaitlin, I am so sorry that you were not given the correct information on the challenge. The challenge is free for joining with a membership but it is also free with the refund of your deposit if you win the challenge. Hence the word "challenge". We would be happy to schedule you for a free class to see if you enjoy our classes and our supportive community. Thank you for your feedback!" So, how can you possibly "win" the challenge if the equipment isn't properly calibrated??? Misty ignored me after the email and completely blew me off. The deposit for the 6 week challenge is not cheap.....the classes are not cheap. I feel like it was total dishonesty. I will not return for this reason."
