"I had trouble ordering my son’s prescription via the text that I received from them. I wasn’t able to complete the order due to my email being tied to another account. So I called them. I was told that I should now be able to complete the order. I wasn’t able to and received the same error. I deleted my account as I do not use this company any more thought it would allow me to complete the order. But instead it removed my son’s prescription order completely. So I had to call again. They said, “Well we can complete the order over the phone.” I did, but that isn’t efficient and doesn’t fix the problem… So every month I will have to do this same process instead of simply following the text process. The positive is that I received my son’s script the next day."

I was happy to get my medication there because Walgreens couldn't get around my insurance like Apotheco could with coupons and working directly with the drug companies. Great experience!"
