"Wonderful place to stop to learn about birds and get a great view of the reservoir. Has nice clean restrooms and friendly staff. Decent parking lot but tends to fill up on weekends so you may need to use one within walking distance. Park is a great place to hike and relax with a convenient location near the city. Lucky we have this nearby and it's been saved for our enjoyment."

"Wonderful learning center both inside and out. Good place to start or end a nature hike. Nice bathrooms! Please keep your dogs on a leash. Remember it's for birds, so playgrounds and picnic areas, while plentiful in the park, are away from this refuge for birds."

"A must see if you are visiting Eagle Creek Park. There are great vistas of the lake, running trails and sitting benches there is bus parking and regular parking alike. You will be able to easily find picnic areas a little bit further into the park. Lots of written information to help familiarize with the wildlife in the park."

The walking paths are awesome and provide a nice relaxing experience while viewing some beautiful grounds and chances to see lots and lots of birds. The scenic viewing telescopes are free and provide excellent viewing of different families of birds of the island and in the water!"

"This is a very nice facility for learning about Indiana birds. The taxidermy is excellent....the best I have seen in this part of the country. Has a great view of the lake and hiking trails all around."
