"Recently came in for a non-DOT UDT and the process was simple and quick. Arrived right after lunch hours (~1pm), had 4 people in front of me, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes."

"Katt A was a phenomenal nurse for when I was getting my blood drawn. She gave me a very encouraging speech before she did it and when i passed out she did her best to make sure i was taken care of. She drew the blood very quickly and it wasn’t too bad. good place overall!"

"I came here for an employment drug screen and every sign says they stop drug testing at 4:30. I came in at 4:22 and was told they stop testing at 4:20. All of these signs need to be corrected! Ridiculous I do not recommend. Also the lady at the front desk was rude"

"Unfortunately I understand why they have 2.5 stars. They close at noon for lunch and don't inform you until you get there and a staff member is locking the door. I went back at 1pm, checked in...20 minutes go by and others are checking in. No one says hello, no one informs us of a wait time or anything. I finally knocked on the window and a staff member comes by. I asked about how long the wait will be. She said the computers are down so she doesn't know. I replied that something like that should be communicated. She hustled around to see how she could get us called to the back. I hate that this is what customer service has come to - no sense of urgency, no communication, and such a lackadaisical attitude. Places like this have a tendency to treat people who come in as if they don't matter, as if we have no lives and nothing to do with our time. Not all of us are drug addicts who live worthless lives. We're people and we matter just like you do. Do better."
