"Drug test was set for a 10 minute wait. Then jumped to a 45 minute wait. Actual wait time was 100 minutes to pee in a cup. Others waited much longer. You aren't able to schedule an appointment either. Most employees took time off at standard lunch hours which is the busiest time for patients to show up. Counterintuitive and inefficient. This place is awful and shouldn't be paid for the service they are providing. Imagine if I had to take time off work then I'd have to schedule half a day including commute times."

"Completely unprofessional. There were timeframes they didn't have any appointments scheduled and yet they didn't allow people to schedule appointments during said lunch hours. I wasted multiple lunch breaks sitting in a sea of walk ins and still didn't accomplish the pre employment drug screen I needed to do. Add that to very limited hours and it's functionally useless for anybody who already has a job. I'd rather the employer allow me to pay for my own drug screen so I don't have to waste more time with a group of people who obviously have no sense of urgency. I'd give them 0 stars if I could because they didn't even provide me a service."

"Very easy to make an appointment on line, and I didn't wait at all to be seen on my appointment day. Great service from a highly professional staff member. I'd never used this service before so was a bit wary---but I'd highly recommend it to anyone."
