"ER visit with Dr. S. Trivedi was absolutely wonderful! Super efficient, he listened to my complaints and took me seriously. Great visit and I'm excited after almost a year of trying to resolve my neck pain, having a doctor listen to my concerns and help me get the diagnostics I've been asking for. Highly recommend this facility and team."
"Clean and quick but that’s just because they give you a blanket diagnosis and try to get you to leave asap. Then, don’t try to get your test results for your child if you can’t sign up with MyChart. (Which you can’t if they are under 18 and you aren’t a patient). I had to drive to the hospital in noblesville to pick up his medical records just to get his test results. I talked to 10 people to help set me up for MyChart and nobody cared or would help. I’m sure they will send me the $2500 bill for the test he didn’t need for a diagnosis he shouldn’t have gotten very quickly. I will not be back. 2 visits with no solution is not acceptable. Don’t waste your money."
"Both of my parents have had surgeries here and the staff has been top notch and very attentive from the waiting room volunteers to nurses, anesthesiologists and the doctors. I was looking for the ultrasound department and a doctor stopped his conversation with a colleague to show me-not just tell me-where I needed to be."
"One of the worst hospital-related experiences I have had to go through. I injured myself at work, full laceration on my middle finger. Not severe, but enough to have to go to the hospital to stop the bleeding. Nurses had very little bedside manners. I have severe chronic anxiety, and when I informed the nurse of my disability she said "well we're all professionals here what are you scared of" which really made me feel like I was wrong for being anxious at the hospital....while my finger is gushing blood... and I have a chronic anxiety disorder... I have anxiety around needles/shots especially, and they only offered to numb the finger with a numbing shot for pain instead of offering any other alternatives like ibuprofen or literally anything else. They offered anxiety medication though, which was helpful, but some pain medication would have been even better. The worst part of this experience was the way my nurse bandaged my finger. She DID NOT. I repeat, DID NOT put ANY sort of lubricant on my VERY OPEN AND SENSITIVE WOUND. No petroleum jelly, no bacitracin. Was told not to remove my bandage for a day, so my wound and gauze had the ENTIRE day to fuse together. I didn't feel the need to double check that the urgent care nurse had put lubricant on my wound considering that's a pretty important step of the process. I had to remove gauze that was STUCK in my wound (which is extremely sensitive, many nerves are exposed) for about 30-45 minutes before reaching out to a family member (who happens to be a retired nurse) and she had to come help me remove the gauze. I hate to be graphic here but I have never screamed louder in my entire life. The amount of pain that I felt while the dried on-stuck gauze was removed was UNBEARABLE to say the least. It honestly hurt more than the initial injury! Thank you Riverview Health for adding on to an already very traumatic experience. I would not come to this hospital if you care about yourself or whoever is needing to be taken care of, because they will not take care of you here."
"New building, very clean facility, and courteous staff. Dr. V Beard is a kind, wonderful person. I love this place. 10/3/2019 I entered the emergency care for the broken finger. They took me in less than 5 min. And they checked the blood pressure and took the X-ray in 15 minutes. They said my finger is not fractured, it is tendon problem. The fastest service I had in my life. Everything was done in 30 minutes. I made an appointment with the Orthopedic specialist in 5 minutes. The best customer care service ever. ** However the emergency doctor did not check my finger. He just told me my finger is not broken. Then this hospital charged the insurance company around $2000. I think that is outrageous."
