CVS Pharmacy 1700 East Main Street, Plainfield, IN 46168

"CVS Pharmacy on E. Main Street, Plainfield, IN Is understaffed and even though I placed a refill request 24 hours prior to pick up, I still had to wait an additional 25 minutes because the refill had not been filled prior to my arrival. This has happened each month for the past 3-months. I’m not the only one in my community complaining. Check out FB Plainfield Chatter.I called to share my recent experiences with the CVS Regional office and got nowhere. I’m taking my business to Walgreens and Costco."

"I have been to several CVS and this by far is the worst one. They are rude and don't care except for if it is break time or time to get off work. You will get told something different from every one you talk to. They never have your meds in stock and they don't care when they get them in. 1 person will tell you the next day they will be there then next person will tell you it will be a few days not sure how long until they come in. Just terrible place and people, save yourself and pick a different pharmacy"

"Stopped to buy cough syrup used self check out...20 minutes I stood there stuck 9 people walked in and walked out while I'm stuck unable to cancel my transaction. Paged someone to the front 4 times still no one....finally in walks the bad attitude she was outside smoking and texting while 9 people shopped waited in line and left while I was stuck unable to leave because I needed my transaction cancelled!!!!
