"My wife and I used this company for TAX services for a number of years without issue until last year. We were owed State Refund for 2018 and never received our check. Mrs. Hertz reached out to my wife to request updated information but the check never came. So days later, we reached out to her and her attitude changed and professionalism with out the window. She started screaming at my wife loud talking her for no reason and hung up in her face. We contacted the State and IRS and they stated that she was liable to reissue us our payment. Since then, each time we've reached out to her or her husband its been an unpleasant experience. Shes real short and loud and continues to hang up the phone in our faces. So now we will seek legal action. So to all future customers who are considering using Accurate Tax and Payroll services in Semmes Alabama know this. Mrs. Hertz may come off nice but it's another side to her behind the bifocals. Mr. Hertz comes off on the softer side but they charge higher fees than other Tax Establishments and it's not worth the headaches."
