"I did not rush to review until after my third poor encounter. First, I purchase a replacement power plug for a HP laptop and it lasted a little over three month; a return was not granted. Fair! Next, earlier in the year I sent off a package that arrived two weeks later to its destination in California. Last, and most disturbing, I dropped off vhs tapes to be converted into DVD. I agreed to a 2 week completion time. It is now week 4, and I had not been contacted with an update. I had to call to receive an update. I’m a pretty patient and accommodating guy... this is probably the most disappointing and unprofessional business experience I’ve encountered in Meridian."
