"Be careful, there are employees who aren't trustworthy that work here. I was returning a $200 2T SSD drive to Amazon. The package that I closed and packed was accidentally shipped back to my house instead of Amazon. I could tell the package had been opened and resealed. I opened the box and there was a hair-shaving kit that was obviously a return of some type in place of the SSD drive I was trying to return. Someone at the store obviously swapped the contents and probably kept the SSD drive. Sad world we live in with thieves at a business you're supposed to be able to trust."

"Returned 2 items this morning from Amazon. Two smaller boxes in a medium box which was how it was sent to me. When leaving the red headed gal ask me if I would take the medium box, I indicated I would, but then ask could'nt they dispose of the box I brought the goods into the store?. Grudgingly, with squinted face and rolling eyes, she agreed. When I got in my car , I saw her holding the medium box up and mouthing something to her co-workers. I want you to know, I will NEVER forget the message sent to me and her disrespect. If you have a policy, fine state it. Been dealing with this store for several years. I NEVER want to encounter this undignified girl again. Your employees are always so polite and professional. Someone like her needs reminding, she will be older and less mobile one day. Us old timers make her job possible..I did send a message on the contact form for a manager to contact me. Someone emailed back but have no idea if it's the manager. I want this gal to know I saw her disrespect in her facial expressions and actions while in the store and after leaving through the window. I hope she is treated better as a customer and person than what she extended to me. Robin"

"I've always had EXCELLENT service here. I have had to use them when I purchased a gun for my step-son as a Christmas present. They accepted delivery and did all of the paperwork that was required. They are very personable. I have had to use them for other occasions, as well, and I ALWAYS get great service!"
