I have been a customer for a long time never miss payments and the upper finance department or approval department really set me into disappointment with them. Not talking about my local office whom ever makes the second decision. I can see if I was late every month or never paid. I thought the approval department would consider me a valuable customer out all the years I been an on time paying customer. My local office I applaud them for trying for me to get me more money. My application was sent to someone outside my local office. I say this hard as times are you really don't know how stress and the need of people are. I really needed that $3000.00 and you refused.
