"Not for Hoover branch but since there's no place to review the Corporate branch at the Colonnade...some of the rudest and most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. Now they have their branded cars that take up multiple parking spaces in the front of the building for other companies. They don't mind running over you in the parking lot either. You couldn't pay me to ever bank with these people seeing how they all wear the logo on shirts or badges for all to see then they'll close the elevator door on you. Definitely time for this bank to go away."

"How often do you feel like your bankers care about you personally? I feel like it every time I go to this Cadence Branch. The cashiers all know my name and ask me about my family and life. They are on top of all my information and keep our accounts in tip top shape. We have our business accounts, personal banking accounts, our savings account and my band's account all there under one roof. I couldn't be happier. If you want to feel pampered and cared for make this bank your own. They are phenomenally nice!!"
