"I would totally recommend this place. We try to come to Monticello once a year, so far this was the cleanest and nicest place we have stayed yet. Dave was so super nice and our room was cute and clean. What a great time we had at Dave’s Last Resort. I brought my whole family ages 9 all the way to 95. Each and everyone of us had a great time. My grandma and kids swim in the pool while my mom and husband fish. We will definitely be back. Thanks Dave making our mini vacation great."

"We stayed here last night for a quick visit to Indiana Beach. I found it by looking for hotels near Indiana Beach on Google maps. The website is cute and easy to navigate. Booking online is simple, which is a huge plus. Many of the places outside IB require you to call to reserve. We stayed upstairs in room 3. It was clean and comfortable. If you're over 6 ft 3 in, though, your head will touch the ceiling. This may only be upstairs, I'm not sure. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were soft. There were multiple grills for cooking, a firepit, and water toys available for use. The pool was clean and there were a few loungers. The deck looked over the water. Dave was super nice. I would definitely stay again. The only thing was the stairs were kind of scary so I'd probably book downstairs."
